Girl on Tour is book 2 in the Kylie Ryans series and picks up exactly where Girl With Guitar left off. Kylie is heading out on tour, Trace is struggling to revive his career, and they are both trying to navigate their way through a new and super passionate relationship.
Kylie is as strong and feisty as ever, Trace is still absolute sex on a stick, and the secondary characters that are introduced add a whole new level of interest to the story. They are each going through their own personal struggles, Kylie and Trace included, and Trace's issues in particular brought depth and complexity to what could easily have been a light hearted and fluffy love story.
That being said, be ready to NOT get your happily ever after in this story. There is a LOT of shiz that goes down and Caisey Quinn's writing will take you on an emotional roller coaster that will leave you wanting more. You will laugh, you will swoon, you will cry, and you might even want to throw your Kindle in frustration a time or two.
All in all, Girl on Tour is a completely engrossing story with complex characters and writing and one heck of an ending. I seriously canNOT wait for book 3, Girl in Love.
